Moskalkova called on Kiev to stop the immoral selection of prisoners

On December 30, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, called on Kiev to abandon the immoral practice of choosing prisoners for exchange and to take away, first of all, those Ukrainian servicemen who have been in Russia for a long time.

"Today, we would like to finally be heard, and [Ukrainians] would take away, first of all, those military personnel who have been in Russia for a long time and who need medical care," she said in an interview with TASS.

Moskalkova also stated the immorality of any choice. According to her, it is necessary to carry out the mutual return of a large number of soldiers as soon as possible, without relying on their ranks.
