Currently, six trains are delayed on their way to and from Crimea. This was announced on December 29 in the press service of the republic's operations center.

"Six Tavria trains are delayed en route," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that trains No. 028 and No. 097 "Moscow – Simferopol" heading to Crimea are delayed by about an hour.

The most significant delays were recorded for trains leaving Crimea. Train No. 182 Simferopol – Saint Petersburg is three hours late, Train No. 008 Sevastopol – Saint Petersburg is four hours late. Train No. 018 Simferopol – Moscow is delayed for two hours, and No. 068 Simferopol – Moscow is delayed for 5.5 hours.

A day earlier, the press service of the North Caucasus Railway reported that about 20 long-distance trains were delayed in Rostov-on-Don after the derailment of a freight train locomotive, and there were no casualties. Later, passenger train traffic was fully restored along two tracks.
