Putin urged Kiev to listen to "smart people" in the West

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that there are experts in the West advising Kiev to accept decent conditions for ending the conflict. He announced this on December 27 during a visit to one of the control points of the United Group of Troops.

According to the head of state, the Kiev regime receives recommendations from "smart people" in the West who offer basic conditions for ensuring Ukraine's long-term security.

"Smart people have also appeared in the West who recommend that the Kiev authorities accept decent conditions for ending the conflict, provide good basic conditions for ensuring Ukraine's security for a long historical perspective, conditions for restoring relations with the Russian Federation and restoring Ukraine's economy," Putin said.
