Law enforcement agencies have detained a former employee of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Arseny Konovalov, for passing classified information to American intelligence. Footage of the December 26 detention is published by the FSB of Russia.

The footage shows how an FSB officer, showing his ID, announced Konovalov's arrest for suspicion of treason.
