The Moscow court fined Google for 15.2 million rubles.

The Moscow court brought Google to administrative responsibility and fined it. This was announced on December 19 by the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.

"By the resolutions of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Google LLC was found guilty of committing administrative offenses," the Telegram channel says.

It is clarified that the court imposed a fine of 15.2 million rubles under Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the procedure for restricting access to information, information resources, access to which is subject to restriction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on information, information technology and information protection, and (or) the procedure for deleting said information").

On December 8, the Tagansky District Magistrate's Court found Twitch and Pinterest guilty of violating Russian law and fined them 6 million rubles each. It was noted that both services did not comply with the requirements of the authority responsible for control and supervision in the field of mass communications.
