The first steps of young people in business are always difficult, and the All-Russian Youth Entrepreneurship Development Program "I'm in Business" is designed to help them acquire the necessary skills. This was announced on December 17 by the head of the party's faction in the State Duma, Alexei Nechaev, at the summing up of the year's results within the framework of the program.

"Young people and girls in Russia — almost two thirds — want to have their own business. And it turns out that people don't know how to start taking the first steps in entrepreneurship. <...> The first steps are always the most difficult, and to help our university, college, and high school students, the "New People" have been running an educational program called "I'm in Business" for four years. he noted.

According to Nechaev, 350,000 students and schoolchildren have already completed the educational program in four years. Many of the "I'm in Business" finalists subsequently continue to develop their business further. Some projects receive grants and become residents of the Skolkovo Center.

"It is important to get the first success and move on. I am sure that we need such technological leaders in Russia. Because we are building a country that is not just a part of the world, but one of the technological and moral leaders of our time," said the head of the New People faction.
