The largest number of calls to the upcoming direct line of Russian President Vladimir Putin comes from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar Krai. This was announced on December 13 by Alyona Stemparzhevskaya, an expert on artificial intelligence (AI) at Sberbank.

"The top regions today are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region and Sverdlovsk Region," she said.

According to Stemparzhevskaya, the Sbera GigaChat neural network model processes messages, which handles more than 100 requests in a minute. The main communication channels for requests are phone calls and the MAX messenger.

The most frequent topics of messages are social policy, infrastructure, housing and communal services, the state and society, as well as economics.

The day before, the number of citizens' appeals to Putin's direct line exceeded 1 million. The data also shows that 67% of the questions come from women and only 33% from men. Among the age groups, the largest number of requests came from people over 56 (47%).

The Kremlin's press service announced on December 4 that a combined direct line and a press conference by the President of Russia would be held on December 19 at 12:00 Moscow time. Anyone can ask Putin a question using the program's website, through a special mobile application, on VKontakte and Odnoklassniki social networks, as well as using a chatbot in the MAX messenger.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
