Leaders of the federal Labor Productivity project were awarded in Moscow

The winners of the Leaders of the Federal Labor Productivity Project 2025 award were awarded in Moscow. The winners were metropolitan companies that have shown the best results in improving process efficiency and implementing lean technology tools. The awards were presented by Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the city Maria Bagreeva.

The finalists and winners of the award were companies from various sectors of the economy. They were evaluated according to such indicators as the time of production processes, output, the volume of work in progress, as well as the real economic effect of the implemented improvements.

"This year has become an important milestone in the development of the Labor Productivity project in Moscow. We have moved from working with key industries to systematically supporting the entire business community, including small, medium, large businesses and the public sector. In addition to the federal measures, we have launched special programs for SMEs that, due to their size, cannot join the project. We organized the first international business mission for companies from the hospitality sector to share experiences with foreign colleagues," Bagreeva said.

According to her, the project has proved highly effective: its participants have increased labor productivity by an average of 52%, and their total economic benefit has exceeded 14 billion rubles.

"We award leaders whose results clearly show that Moscow enterprises have the potential to increase efficiency in a wide variety of industries. The future of Moscow's economy is based on this kind of collaboration between business and the city, where technology and a systematic approach produce real results," Bagreeva added.

Armstroyexport, a manufacturer of pipeline fittings and pneumatic control systems for oil and gas facilities, won in the Performance Leader nomination. The company has increased labor productivity on the pilot stream by almost five times.

Mossvet, which ensures the development of the street lighting system, became the leader in the "Effective Public Sector" nomination. The company has increased the efficiency of its processes by almost a quarter, optimizing the order of execution of requests and the distribution of workload among employees.

The "Aluminum Profile Factory" has become the "leader of economic efficiency". By optimizing the production flow and reducing losses, the company saved almost 72 million rubles.

In the hospitality segment, the Sheraton Skypoint Luxe hotel took the first place, which increased staff efficiency and achieved an increase in the number of positive guest reviews by more than 50% after the completion of the active phase of the project.

ROSSETI Moscow Region became the winner in the nomination "Best Mentoring Practices in Moscow". The company supplies electricity to residents of the capital and the enterprise. Thanks to the mentoring system developed in the company, staff turnover in key areas decreased by an average of 20%.

The award was also given to the TASS news agency for its systematic approach to covering key events related to the implementation of the federal project in Moscow (nomination "Best Publication").

The implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" lasted from 2022 to 2024. Since 2025, Moscow companies have continued to increase labor productivity within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". According to estimates by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, over 800 enterprises are expected to participate in the project by 2030.
