TasteAtlas named the worst dish of raw fish
Salad "Indigirka" has become the worst dish of Russian cuisine. This is evidenced by the article on the website of the gastronomic guide to traditional dishes of different countries, TasteAtlas.
The dish comes from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It consists of diced frozen fish mixed with onion, oil and spices — salt and pepper. The salad is usually made from white fish.
The dish first appeared in the middle of the 20th century. It got its name in honor of one of the largest rivers of Yakutia, the Indigirka. The creator of the salad is considered to be chef Innokenty Tarbakhov. As specified, he took as a basis a similar Yakut dish of raw fish.
The second place among the worst dishes of Russian cuisine is kholodets, the third is grain pudding kutia. The experts placed soup — soup and pickle in the fourth and fifth places.
Nutritionist and nutritionist Sofya Kovanova named the most useful variant of jelly on December 9. According to her, the dish can be dietary if it is made from high-quality and properly selected products. She clarified that a jelly made from lean meat, without excess fat and salt, will be rich in collagen and can contribute to maintaining healthy joints and skin.
