- Naryshkin answered a question about the possibility of Russia listening to Kiev officials.
The Russian special services carry out their work exclusively within the limits of their powers. This was stated on December 10 by Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, speaking about Russia's ability to eavesdrop on Ukrainian officials.
"Every Russian agency, including special services, operates within the limits of those powers that are provided for them by regulatory legal acts and the legislation of the Russian Federation in general," he said in an interview with journalist Alexander Yunashev, a fragment of which was published on his Telegram channel.
