Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov on his birthday. The congratulation was published on December 6 on the Kremlin's website.
In his message, the head of the Russian state stressed that Japarov enjoys well-deserved respect from his compatriots and enjoys high international prestige. Putin noted that the personal efforts of the President of Kyrgyzstan contributed to strengthening the alliance and strategic partnership between Moscow and Bishkek, as well as promoting integration initiatives in the Eurasian space.
"I warmly recall my recent visit to Bishkek, our meaningful and fruitful negotiations. And, of course, we will continue to work constructively together in the interests of further strengthening the multifaceted ties between Russia and Kyrgyzstan," the message of greetings reads.
Putin wished his Kyrgyz counterpart good health, well-being and further success in government activities.
On November 25, Putin arrived in Kyrgyzstan on an official visit. Following the talks in Bishkek, a joint statement was signed. During the signing ceremony, the parties signed a number of important documents, including a protocol on amendments to the agreement on the development of military-technical cooperation, an agreement on cooperation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and a memorandum of understanding in the field of cardiology.
