Russians have started sending questions to Russian President Vladimir Putin for the Results of the Year program, most of them related to the social sphere and housing and communal services. This was reported on December 5 in the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF).

The call center employs more than 90 volunteers from 40 regions of the country, as well as a neural network that will analyze incoming requests.

"This year, GigaChat has assumed increased responsibilities, and we will try to route all appeals, also now in December by authority, prioritize appeals, highlighting those that require urgent solutions, as well as those that belong to the most vulnerable categories of citizens, those who need help in the first place," — Mikhail Kuznetsov, head of the ONF Executive Committee, explained.

There are various ways to ask the president a question: send an SMS to the number 04040, call 8-800-200-40-40, and also use the official website. moskva-putinu.ru , social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki, or a chatbot on the MAX platform.

Earlier, on December 4, it was reported that a combined direct line and a press conference of the President of Russia will be held on December 19 at 12:00 Moscow time. Anyone can ask a question to the President of Russia using the program's website. Questions will also be accepted through a special mobile application.
