The burned body of a 15-year-old teenager was discovered in Marseille amid an increase in drug-related crime. On November 30, BFMTV reported this, citing sources.

"This Friday, November 28, the burned body of a teenager was found by a resident of the Arnavo district in Marseille," the publication says.

The next day, law enforcement agencies identified the deceased as a teenager with no criminal record. According to the TV channel, a shell casing was found near the scene of the incident. Sources suggest that the young man was first killed and then burned.

The French authorities have launched an investigation into the "murder committed by an organized group," as well as the article on "criminal conspiracy." Marseille Prosecutor Nicolas Besson said that the teenager had previously been investigated for threats, but he was acquitted. According to the prosecutor, the manner in which the crime was committed suggests a connection between the murder and drug trafficking.

Earlier, on November 22, it was reported that the proportion of French people who express an extremely negative opinion of French President Emmanuel Macron reached a record 56%. It was clarified that such distrust of the French leader is due to the fact that he cannot cope with drug trafficking in Marseille, the development of the city of "Greater Marseille" and so on.
