Minsk has received a response to a request about an incident on the territory of the dismantled Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). This was announced on November 30 by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus.
"According to the report, a fire has occurred in the air filtration unit of the shot blasting unit of the primary radioactive waste processing complex," the department's Telegram channel says.
