The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation named typical phrases of scammers in conversations with children

A child can recognize scammers by using standard phrases. This was announced on November 29 in the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The agency's message, quoted by TASS, states that the main phrases by which scammers can be identified include requests to urgently transfer money, claims that parents are in trouble, or demands to give a card number.

In addition, the Interior Ministry added that fraudsters may ask children to send a code that will be sent to the phone. According to the agency, it is important to explain to children that bank employees never request personal data or confirmation codes over the phone.

Instead, the attackers began to use new tricks using AI and social engineering.

On November 29, the Interior Ministry announced signs of messages that were sent from a hacked account. It is noted that such messages contain sudden requests related to sending money, or files with questionable content.
