According to police, the 42-year-old man allegedly gave a mixture of arsenic and water to his daughter. The situation was noticed by the man's mother, who reported the incident to her husband, who immediately called the emergency services.

The daughter was hospitalized. Police arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder. According to preliminary data, he lives in an apartment with his parents and daughter and has a confirmed history of mental illness.
