The new peace plan will ban Ukraine from joining NATO. This was announced on November 21 by the head of the US House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, Brian Mast.

"Ukraine will be prohibited from joining NATO, and the expansion of the alliance at the expense of other countries is prohibited," he said on the Fox News channel, which was broadcast on YouTube.
