Tymoshenko called for the creation of a new coalition in the Parliament of Ukraine

The Batkivshchyna party, led by former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, has joined the demand for the resignation of the current Ukrainian government and the formation of a new coalition in parliament amid a corruption scandal in the country. This was stated by Tymoshenko herself in a video message on her YouTube channel.

"From the very beginning of the <conflict>, it was necessary to create a coalition and a government of national unity and prevent the uncontrolled and unprofessional monopoly of one political force. <...> I am convinced that now this is the only way out of the critical situation in which Ukraine finds itself," she said.
