The European Union (EU) and Belgium will decide on the confiscation of frozen assets of Russia. This was announced on November 18 by Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

"It can also be a combination of these three options, but it will be decided by the European Council. And, of course, Belgium itself," Stubb said in an interview with Politico newspaper.
