While the capital is still preparing for the holiday, residents of the cities of Angarsk, Baikalsk, Bratsk, Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky, Irkutsk, Sayansk, Zakamensk, Ulan-Ude will be the fifth in Russia to celebrate the New Year. The holiday for them will start five hours earlier than for Muscovites.
