Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the visit of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Russia powerful in terms of semantic content.

"President Tokayev's state visit was quite powerful. The main thing is not from the point of view of the entourage, but from the point of view of semantic content," Peskov said, answering a question from a 24KZ correspondent. The video was posted on November 12 on the channel's Telegram channel.

He noted that in order to discuss the abundance of issues facing the leaders of Russia and Kazakhstan on the agenda, it was necessary to assemble the full cabinet of ministers from both sides.

Earlier, on November 12, at a meeting with the Russian leader, Tokayev called the scale of cooperation between the two states unique. He noted significant successes in trade and economic cooperation and highlighted the prospects for cooperation in the nuclear industry.

On the same day, the leaders signed a declaration on the transition of relations between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance. The document signing ceremony was held after negotiations.
