Russia offered the European Union (EU) to hold consultations on incidents involving drones (UAVs) that allegedly violated the airspace of the Union countries, but received only unfriendly steps in response. This was announced on November 11 by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The ministry added that Moscow has strengthened its opinion that the UAV incidents are a planned provocation.
