On November 6, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova responded on her Telegram channel to a statement by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte about Russia's alleged violation of "global rules."

"What kind of "global rules" are we talking about? Please post a full list of them on the NATO website. So far, no one knows what "rules" Rutte is talking about," the message says.
