Netanyahu announced his intention to prevent Hezbollah from rearming

Israel believes that the armed groups of the Hezbollah movement in Lebanon are trying to rearm, and the country intends to exercise its right to self-defense within the framework of the ceasefire. This was announced on November 2 by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the weekly meeting of the Israeli Cabinet of Ministers.

"As for Lebanon, Hezbollah is indeed constantly being attacked, including in these very days, but it is also trying to arm itself and rebuild <...> Israel will use the right to self—defense, as stipulated by the terms of the ceasefire," his office reports.
