A resident of the Kherson region died as a result of shelling from the Ukrainian Armed Forces

An 85-year-old woman was killed as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kherson region. This was announced on October 28 by Governor Vladimir Saldo.

"Over the past 24 hours, an 85-year—old woman has died as a result of shelling by the Kiev regime in Rubanivka," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

In addition, according to the governor, power lines were damaged and substations were disconnected in Chaplinka and Velikaya Lepetikha, which left 5.8 thousand people without electricity. Alyoshki, Kakhovka, Novaya Kakhovka, Dneprany, Kostogryzovo, Novotroitskoye, Novaya Mayachka, Proletarka and Olgino were also shelled, Baldo added.

"They say that one is not a warrior in the field. But it turns out to be a warrior!"

Earlier that day, the governor of the Belgorod region reported that 150 civilians were injured in October as a result of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the region. He recalled that all the wounded are receiving the necessary assistance.
