In the Ulyanovsk region, on the night of October 18, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked a substation in the village of Veshkayme. This was announced by the Regional Management Center (SDG) in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that a fire broke out as a result of the attack. There are no casualties.

"The fire has been localized, the substation has been restored, and electricity is being supplied normally," the center said.
