About 2.2 trillion rubles were allocated for repairs and investments in the energy complex in 2025. This was announced on October 15 by Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev during a government meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"The repair programs are on schedule. A total of 2.2 trillion rubles will be allocated for repairs and investments in 2025. The preparation of power facilities for winter in the restored and border regions is under separate control," said Tsivilev.
