CSKA Moscow suffered another defeat in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match, losing to Ak Bars Kazan on their ice. The game took place on October 12 and ended with a score of 2:3.
It is specified that this was the third defeat of CSKA in the last four matches. Of these, the goals were scored by defender Jeremy Roy and striker Dmitry Buchelnikov. In turn, defender Mitchell Miller scored goals for Ak Bars, as well as forwards Kirill Semenov and Alexander Barabanov.
Thus, Ak Bars won for the fourth time in a row and occupies the fifth place in the Eastern Conference. For CSKA, this is the second consecutive loss for the team. As a result, it ranks eighth in the Western Conference.
