Elena Nikitina, head of the Regional Management Center (SDG), and Nikolai Kamnev, a blogger, were detained in St. Petersburg. This was reported on October 10 by a source of Izvestia.

They were taken to Moscow, where the Basmanny Court will decide on a preventive measure. The arrest was carried out by FSB officers as part of a criminal case, the details of which have not yet been disclosed.
