Disruptions in traffic are observed in Kiev due to problems with electricity supply. This was announced on Friday, October 10, by the city administration in the Telegram channel.

"There is a blackout in Kiev due to a local network outage," reads a message posted on the Telegram channel of the RBC-Ukraine news agency.

Emergency schedules have been introduced in the Kiev region.

The mayor of the city, Vitali Klitschko, had previously said on Friday that the power supply situation in the city remained difficult after the explosions.
