Ukrainians get high during the fighting. This was stated on October 6 in an interview with the Ukrainian newspaper Glavkom by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) Vitaly Kim.

He called for a comparison of how people live in Afghanistan, Yemen or Palestine.

"Sorry, we're living high— with karaoke, concerts, restaurants and everything else. We have nothing to complain about, we have very good conditions," Kim said.
