The Russian government will allocate more than 700 million rubles to provide medical care to residents of the Belgorod and Kursk regions in hospitals and polyclinics in other regions. This was announced on October 6 by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"Federal funding will allow medical organizations, without restrictions, without any problems, to provide people from the Kursk and Belgorod regions with all necessary treatment within the framework of compulsory medical insurance," he said.

Mishustin instructed Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova to take personal control of the allocation process.

On October 4, Mishustin announced that the Russian government would allocate more than 4 billion rubles to support businesses in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions. The Prime Minister specified that the funds will be used for subsidies and preferential loans for organizations and individual entrepreneurs, as well as for the payment of insurance premiums. According to Mishustin, this will help businesses to resume operations, reduce costs, purchase new equipment and establish the production of goods and services.
