The alleged founder of the organized criminal group (OCG) at Sheremetyevo airport, Alexei Kabochkin, did not participate in the scheme of embezzlement from participants in a special military operation (SVO). This was reported on October 6 by RIA Novosti, citing a source.
"According to the testimony of one of the taxi drivers, Alexey Kabochkin and Dmitry Boglaev punished taxi drivers when they became aware of the facts of deception of their participants, they took measures to compensate for the damage," the publication says.
