UK opened a case after an accident with heavy trucks and a bus in Primorye

A criminal case was opened into an accident in Primorye involving two heavy trucks and a passenger bus in which six children were injured. This was announced on October 4 by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

According to the press service of the department, a criminal case has been opened under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on violation of safety during passenger transportation.

"The investigators conducted an inspection of the scene. All the circumstances of the incident are being established," the department's Telegram channel says.

The incident occurred on the A-370 Ussuri highway earlier that day. The bus carrying six children was heading towards Khabarovsk. It is specified that the driver of the heavy truck, unable to maintain the distance, collided with the bus, as a result of which he collided with another truck.
