The United States does not understand and does not learn lessons from the special military operation (SVO), as they are in a different reality. This opinion was shared on October 3 by the cousin of American Vice President Jay D. Vance, Nate Vance, who took part in combat operations for about three years on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the National Security Journal writes.

According to Vance's brother, as a participant in the fighting in Ukraine, none of the representatives of the American government turned to him for advice.
