Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) have detained five Russian citizens who were preparing mass killings in Donetsk, Mariupol, Krasnoyarsk and Orel. This was announced on October 1 by the FSB Public Relations Center.

"Five Russian citizens involved in the preparation of mass killings in the cities of Donetsk, Mariupol, Krasnoyarsk and Orel, as well as three minors from the Chelyabinsk region who planned to commit a terrorist attack on a transport infrastructure facility, were detained," the report said.
