We also discussed the loan situation. Putin believes that preferential mortgages are both social and economic in nature. Khusnullin clarified that such work will continue. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, support for preferential loans has kept the Russian real estate market in check. He added that the volume of housing under construction is "still quite stable." At the same time, the commissioning of non—residential real estate increased by 17%, including factories, hotels, and tourist infrastructure. "We need to support the construction sector," Vladimir Putin instructed.
Work on the commissioning and repair of roads in 2025 is ahead of the past by 21%, and all plans will be fulfilled by the end of the year, Marat Khusnullin promised. He also added that work is continuing on the Rossiya highway from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. Work is underway on the Azov Ring: this year we reached Mariupol and even began construction of its bypass. "By the way, we have already developed a very good pace, we are expanding the sections so that we have a full—fledged four-lane road along the Azov Ring," the Deputy Prime Minister concluded.
