David Curtin, a leader of the British Heritage Party, suggested on September 26 that the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway and Ukraine could be behind the explosions on the Russian Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines.

"Someone knows exactly what happened to the Nord Stream, who destroyed it and why. Everything that comes from official sources is a stream of disinformation," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In his opinion, the United States and Norway have become the main beneficiaries of the situation by starting to supply gas to Europe at significantly inflated prices.
