"The acceptance of oil from shippers on the Kazakh section of the pipeline is carried out without restrictions," TASS quoted him as saying.

The number of victims due to the attack of Ukrainian drones (UAVs) in Novorossiysk, which occurred earlier in the day, increased to eight people, two died. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on the CPC in Novorossiysk a signal for the European Union. She stressed that Ukraine is attacking civilian infrastructure, energy facilities and airports.
