A 33-year-old Russian was detained in Yekaterinburg for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on September 23 by the FSB Directorate for the Sverdlovsk region.

The man transferred money to a foreign organization that provided resources to the Ukrainian army, the special service said.
