On September 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the proposal to sell "beautiful" license plates for cars on Public Services.

"Here is the sale of "beautiful" rooms — why not. I don't see why decisions haven't been taken yet," Putin said at a meeting with leaders of political party factions in the State Duma.
