A criminal case was opened after an incident with an all-terrain vehicle that sank in Transbaikalia. This was reported on September 16 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Earlier that day, in the Kalarsky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory, an all-terrain vehicle with failed brakes flew into Lake Amudisa and drowned.
