Alexander Khinshtein, the acting governor of the Kursk region, announced on September 14 that he had taken part in voting in the election of the head of the region.

"I fulfilled my civic duty — I cast my vote in the election of the governor of the Kursk region," he said in a message on the Telegram channel.

The acting governor voted at a polling station organized on the basis of the Quantorium. In addition, he stated that there was no information about violations during the elections. According to him, the voting is proceeding calmly.
