In the Orel region, two people were killed and one injured when an explosive device exploded on railway tracks. This was announced on September 13 by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

"Explosive devices were found on the territory of the Orel region when checking railway tracks. Unfortunately, two people were killed and one injured when one of them was blown up," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
