"Since the beginning of 2020, construction volumes have increased by 10%, and prices [for housing] have doubled," she said.
On August 6, Russian President Vladimir Putin drew attention to the fact that the construction complex is currently one of the engines of the Russian economy. According to him, Russia's main goal is to improve the standard and quality of life of people in the country.
On June 30, Putin stressed the need to increase housing construction in the regions of Donbass and Novorossiya. He noted that in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to more actively form a bank of land plots and create attractive operating modes for developers.
