Mercedes-Benz has applied to Rospatent for trademark registration

The Mercedes-Benz carmaker has submitted an application to the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) for registration of a trademark with the same name. This became known on September 12.

According to the service, the application was received on September 10, 2025 from Germany. The trademark, as the TASS news agency learned, is registered according to two classes of the International Classification of Goods and services (ICTS): No. 12 and No. 37, which include cars, as well as repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles.
