British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, expressed his readiness to deploy NATO troops in Poland. This was announced on September 11 by the British government.

"Discussing how the United Kingdom and France can strengthen Poland's defense capability, the Prime Minister stated that the United Kingdom is ready to support any further NATO deployment in the region," a statement on the government's website said.
