The European Union (EU) is investing €6 billion in the development of a joint alliance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with Ukraine. This was announced on September 10 by the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen in the framework of the annual report on the state of the EU.

"I can announce that Europe will allocate €6 billion from the ERA loan and join the drone alliance with Ukraine," she said, broadcasting her speech on the European Commission's YouTube channel.
