Rosreestr reported on the fast deadlines for registration of real estate in the Russian Federation

Over the past few years, the time required for registration and registration of real estate properties in Russia has significantly decreased. This was announced on September 3 by Deputy Head of Rosreestr Tatyana Gromova at the session "The Far Eastern hectare: from farming to creative industries" within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum - 2025 (WEF-2025).

"On average, it takes a day and a half to register and register facilities throughout the Russian Federation," she said, answering a question from Daria Kislitsyna, director of the Department of Regional Programs at the Expert Institute for Social Research (EISR) and moderator of the session.

According to Gromova, all Rosreestr services are available on the IPGU (Internet portal of public services), which allows citizens to register real estate without leaving their homes. Due to this, 67% of all accounting and registration activities are now carried out electronically. As part of the mortgage, the ratio is 90% of electronic transactions.

"Of course, this [the speed of registration of real estate] makes it possible, first of all, to provide our services with high quality, and secondly, it gives dynamics to the development of the market and registration," Gromova concluded.
