After chlorine was released in one of Anapa's hotel complexes, six children were hospitalized with signs of poisoning. This was reported on September 1 in the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory.
"Six children were hospitalized in a medical facility with signs of chlorine vapor poisoning," the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said.
The incident occurred on August 27. Previously, the condition of a number of guests, including children, worsened after swimming in the pool. Currently, nothing threatens the life and health of children.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements"). At the moment, all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified, as well as an inspection of the site and an interrogation of witnesses.
Earlier, on August 25, two children were hospitalized after being poisoned by chlorine vapors in a swimming pool in Kirov. A criminal case was opened on this fact under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements").
